Delivery & collection

We dispatch from Stoke-on-Trent within 1–2 working days of confirming your order.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £4.45, usually 2–3 working days.
• Evri Standard — £3.05, usually 3–5 working days.
• Free UK delivery on orders over £50.
• Local collection in Stoke-on-Trent is free — we'll agree a time on WhatsApp.

How ordering & payment works

Add items to your basket and place your order. You'll receive an order number and our bank details on screen; pay by bank transfer using the order number as the reference. We confirm the item is in stock and dispatch as soon as the payment arrives. We never ask for card details on this website.

Returns & exchanges

If something isn't right, tell us within 14 days of delivery. Items can be exchanged or refunded when returned unworn, unwashed and with tags attached, in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we cover it.

Because each saree is individually photographed, small variations in shade and handloom irregularities are part of the piece and are not considered faults.

Garment & jewellery care

• Mul cotton & kasavu: gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, separately for the first two washes. Do not wring; dry in shade. Iron on medium while slightly damp.
• Tissue & zari: dry clean recommended. If hand washing, use cold water, no soaking, and never rub the zari border.
• Blouses: hand wash separately in cold water; iron inside-out on low over embroidery.
• Store folded in a cotton bag with the zari border folded inward, away from direct sunlight.
• Gold-plated jewellery: put on after perfume and hairspray, keep away from water, wipe with a soft dry cloth and store in the pouch provided. Plating naturally wears with heavy use.

Privacy

We collect only the details needed to fulfil your order — your name, contact number and delivery address — and we keep them only for as long as needed for delivery, returns and our accounting records. We don't sell or share your details with third parties, other than the courier delivering your parcel. Your basket is stored on your own device, not on our servers. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us at our email.
